All orders are processed within 5 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

During busy periods, sales, or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

• UK Standard Shipping: 3–5 working days

• International Shipping: 7-10 working days (depending on destination)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or peak periods

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges required by their country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Parcels

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the courier service.

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the courier directly first. We will still do our best to assist where possible.

We are not responsible for stolen parcels after confirmed delivery.
